Hope you are doing well... Need to confirm couple of things.. 1. Believe the public IP Address is a Elastic IP. If not you should add/Register the IP address under custom IPv4 address pool. 2. Since you have plan for buying domain,we can register/Buy domain using Aws route 53 service and also can generate ssl certificate using AWS Certificate manger.
