Build Azure Machine Learning model for Data Set

Hello - I am looking for ongoing support in building and updating Machine Learning models using Azure Machine Learning. I am also open to using Amazon Machine Learning methods as well. The initial task is the following. 1. The data set of approxiamtely 50,000 records has already been cleaned (i.e., blanks have been replaced, and formats are consistent), and resides in a .txt file. I have also imported the data into Azure and it is ready for its initial Experiment, including building and training a model that ultimately provides a probability of a binary outcome. 2. A sample of the data is available in the the attached excel file. 3. The data contains approximately 50,000 records, with a binary target variable, and approximately 8 numeric variables and 3 categorical variables. 4. I have also mapped the numeric variables to categorical bins, which may help improve the model's performance if those are used as the categorical attributes instead of the numeric ones. This can be tested to see which method works best. 5. Desired steps are: a) Assist in choosing the best decision tree classification model, given the nature of the data. b) Assist in properly setting up the model and running the model. c) Assist in testing the most effective model based on performance comparison test of different model types within Azure d) After training and evaluating performance results of the model using the 50,000 records of data, assist with applying the model to a new data set (much larger than 50,000) that will soon be available for testing. If you happen to have experience in assisting with setting up and maintaining databases and cloud storage on Azure, that will be very helpful for related needs, but is not required. I am mainly hoping to establish a relationship with someone who has strong Machine Learning and statistical experience and can assist in evaluations of multiple analytical projects going forward.
