Background and Experience
- BSc in Statistics/Math or BComm/BBA or similar field or equivalent experience in marketing and/or IT
- Client and/or agency side experience in managing analytics in measurement, implementation, analysis and optimization (A/B Testing)
- Working with cross-functional teams (project management, development, creative and QA departments) on how analytics would be embedded throughout the project lifecycle
- Technical know-how and best-practices for approaching digital analytics that speak to client/product needs for KPI identification
- Comfortable working with data sets and putting that into context for various stakeholders
- Provide expert advice and assistance with insights driven from internal and external data
- Experience in the build/management of websites (responsive or/and mobile optimized) and mobile apps (iOS, Android, or/and Windows)
- Data visualization experience to transform data into reports, dashboards or infographics
- Good presentation skills with ability to translate data into key insights
Tools / Knowledge of Data Sets
- Have extensive knowledge and utilization of Google Analytics, WebTrends, Coremetrics or Omniture (Adobe SiteCatalyst)
- Have worked with SEO tools to determine relevant SEO elements during a web/digital build
- Conducting market research on the web to gauge customer satisfaction/behaviour (Preferred not required)
- Excel or other data manipulation tools
- Use of social media measurng tools (Radian6 or Sysomos)
Media Analyst
Background and Experience
- BA, BSc or BComm/BBA or similar field or equivalent experience in marketing, media and/or advertising
- Have worked at a media agency assisting with media buys and
- Extensive knowledge of digital advertising (display, video, search)
- Interpret sales campaigns data into reports and recommend optimized media plans based on data
- Test and optimize campaigns real-time
- Good presentation skills with ability to translate data into key insights
Tools / Knowledge of Data Sets
- Experience with media buying platforms, online advertising (DART, DSP)
- Ability to interpret sales relevant data via comScore, Evaliant, PMB to capture customer level information
- Digital Measurement: Google Analytics, WebTrends, Coremetrics or Omniture (Adobe SiteCatalyst) (preferred not required)

I've decide to write to you as your description is very interesting. I currently work for one of the major retailers in the UK as Site Merchandising Analyst. I work crossfunctionally with Design, Activities and Merchandising teams. I have a master degree in Management and Mrketing from WSB-NLU, Poland and a master degree in computer science from DePaul university, USA. My work is all about the balance of the two worlds. On a daily basis I report using OracleBI, Fatwire (Walmart's CMS), Retail Link and Omniture. I have extensive experience in VBA programming and do lots of automated reports including dashboards that use ex. web scraping tachniques for data retrieval. My native language is Polish, but i'm fluent in English. I also speak a little bit of Mandarin. Previously i worked as an IT Manager in a midium sized cargo airline. I'm available to work part time Mon-Fri 18:00 - 23:00 GMT and/or weekends. I would greatly appreciate considering me for this position and more details on this job/project.
