First and foremost the winning Freelancer will be required to sign an NDA agreement set up/drafted by my Attorney, alongside the Freelancer NDA on this website. I have blueprint designs for the app ready. The app itself requires someone with in-depth app development knowledge it will be for all major phone operating systems, Android and Iphone included. The apps functionality consists of recording video+audio (with GPS tracking included at 5 second intervals, basic GPS coordinates) through both front and back cameras simultaneously and then uploading these videos onto a server/cloud based system where it is accessible for the end user alongside larger corporations/companies. The app with have the function to complete all functions while not physically open on the forefront of the phone, it will also be operable via hooking to other functions in various other apps on the market which will enable my apps functions to be used. I understand this may sound a little confusing however i can explain a little more via direct messages but before a winner is selected and full details are disclosed a NDA agreement will have to be signed. No time wasters this is a serious project worth serious money, i will work hand in hand with the winning freelancer as i am heavily invested in this project!
