Hello freelancer developers, we need the quotation to this requirement,also wee need have the source code, please answer with this 4 things: 1.-Time to delivery. 2.-Cost. 3.-which framework or platform you will use to program this app. REQUIREMENT Should have 4 kind of users: 1.-SuperAdmin 2.-Client Trucking company 3.-Trucking company Admins 4.-Trucking company Drivers Flow: You can see in the image attached. Previously information loaded: The trucking company admin should upload quotations with this info: 1.-Type of truck 2.-city of Origin 3.-city of Destin 4.-Cost per this ride. Some business rules: 1.-Who receive the request when the client ask a quotation?which filters must have? A1.-only the admins of trucking company with uploaded quotations. A2.-with uploaded quotations that have type of truck selected by the client. A3.-with uploaded quotations that have city of origin selected by the client. A4.-with uploaded quotations that have city of destin selected by the client. 2.-as you see, the trucking company admin has uploaded quotation, then when a client ask a quotation, only must check the availability of the date of start asked by the client, and can decline or accept enter to the tender. 3.-increment 8% the final quotation to the client. 4.-web admin panel to the SuperAdmin in order to see all the information and reports screen.
