Operator Module for android and ios

TARGET OF PROJECT : The target of this project is about create an operator module for manage the phone operators of device on ios from version 6 and android device from version 4. Functionalities expected are : - List all phone operators available - Connect to an operator - Disconnect from an operator These libraries will standardize the phone operator management whatever the device IOS or Android. In option, if you can do this, all of this functionalities will be called from a NativeScript module common to IOS andAndroid environments. DELIVERABLE : We will need the following items : - Codes sources of IOS library - Codes sources of Android library - In option, Nativescript module - A technical and user documentation - All other sources required for the operation and evolution of the project FUNCTIONALITIES : - List all phone operators available We want list of all available operators that phone device can access. We expect all informations that you can get (id, name, signal quality ect …) - Connect and Disconnect operators The library will offer a possibility to connect or disconnect from operator (simply change my phone operator) Make me an offert
