I need someone create a Xamarin Android application, to enable a user to connect and disconnect to a VPN (Simple PPTP or L2TP connection), you can retrieve server names via a WCF web service. just one form, the user can enter username and password and then select a server from a dropdown list. and then click on connect button, after connecting to the VPN, the user can see the connection status and also user can click disconnect button to disconnect the VPN. Please give me the best price you can for this application, also I need the source code and you don't need to give me setup files or anything else, I can help you in writing code as well as I'm a C# programmer for many years.
