Build and document a simple website which uses Django + Django Rest Framework + Angular

Hi all I need a simple website which combines Django + Django Rest Framework + Angular. The Angular front-end should be as follows: * User registration * User login * User can create, view, edit, delete TODO notes. Each TODO note has a title and body. * Note the user should only be able to access his own TODO notes. Communication to the backend is via the Django Rest Framework. The Django backend should be as follows: * Models for the User and Todo notes * Django admin area with a list of all Users and their corresponding User Detail screen. Ability to create, view, edit and delete Users. * When viewing a User Detail it should be possible to see all his corresponding TODO notes. User pagination if there are many notes. * Django admin area with a list of all TODO notes and its corresponding TODO Detail screen. Ability to create, view, edit and delete TODO notes and assign to a User. Please implement proper authentication and authorisation. All communication between front-end and back-end is REST based. Please heavily document your code and the reasons for any decisions you made. Please follow best practices and try to keep things simple. Thanks!
