3D animation of a facade being built as if it was in the 18th century. (no tech machines please)

Project delivery until the 24th of September of 2018 We need an animation for a videomapping project. The objective is to create an animation simulating the construction of the facade of a small church in the 18th century and, on the same space (facade) animate a small house getting struck by an earthquake and fall into pieces. No modern machines or technologies! The idea is to design some scaffolding structure and a manual crane in wood on a black background (in alpha). Afterwards, the elements of the façade will be placed in the appropriate places (use the autocad as a reference the elements need to be on the exact same places when consttucting). Windows and parapets, stones, walls, columns, and finally the doors and the bell. These objects should be raised by the crane and placed in place. (NOTE: it does not need great detail of animation, only good models of the general and material elements). On the same model of facade will need to also create a small rudimentary building that will shake making the walls, roof and windows pop, fall and break. Eventually the façade was left in debris and debris below. (screen space - For this destruction of the small house facade just put the windows and one door in the correct place, other objects that ressemble a church should not be there on this house desctruction animation) Smoke and related effects do not need to be simulated in 3d animation can be done with alphas and pre renderers of these effects. Do not use, please, basic after effects shatter as it does not look good. We have already the building model in VECTOR (AutoCAD) and will send the model by Monday to the artist so that he/she can use it for the simulation. For the small medieval house on the same space use the limited areas of the church facade and try to do the house inside those margins.
