I need an animator

Hello I am interested in doing a 1-2 minute animated music video with a story.... For instance it could be for my song "Bandida"...or "Takata" or maybe both... We could create a 1-2 minute animated story probably 2d because i need it done within the next 30 days...Unless a simple 3d could be put together... Then we would chop it up into segments and combine it with live performances and such... Later we could think about doing a series using the same characters or a video game? I have a $1,000 to $2,000 budget for this project...do you think we can do it? What do you think? How hard would it be to create a short 1 minute video like this one in the links below...What software do you think they used? It appears that some of the animation links below use the DAZ software. The DAZ software seems to be very good at creating life like animation…..Can Maya also do that? I believe the models are already made and you just animate them? The links below are very cool because they are so life like...all of them use this "Daz" Software...i don't know what that is.. I think if we could do something like this ..it would be fine for a music video...
