Hi. I'm have experience for SMS & GPS application. Please see in my portfolio. I can support you for that. And have some question to clarify with you. 1. receive SMS "where" and send SMS location to phone. => OK 2. send SMS location to pre-difine phone number when push button. => How to pre-define number? I recomend to use SMS command to pre-define it such as "Number 0123456789" 3. If no signal of GSM or GPS. will send SMS after get the signal back. => I can check it. but how long time that mean loss signal? more than 5 min is OK for you? Please contact me for more information. I would like to service you and flexible for your requirement if you want to add more requirement or adjust program until you ok with it.

what i have understand from what u have mentioned in the project description is as follows: 1: interfacing of arduino uno with adafruit ultimate gps and adafruit fona. 2: arduino should get the location from gps and send the co ordinates by SMS to the mobile number. when ever where message is received from a number. 4: if case of any emergency the described pin goes high the arduino would sms the location on the predetermined number 3: if there no gps or rssp signal continuously monitor both the parameters and send the co-ordinates on the availability rssp signals. I would complete the task in the following way. 1: Use built in libraries of adafruit fona and adafruit ultimate gps for interfacing with arduino. 2:Make use of switch statement with 3 cases case1: when an SMS is reveiced with words 'where'. get the location from the gps would send the coordinates on that number from which message is sent. case2: if pin gets high the arduino after geting lovation coordinates would sms the location on the predetermined mobile number. case3: in case of no coverage area or no. gps point arduino wpuld continously moniter the location and try sending sms until it has been send
