110858 WYSIWYG EDITOR RESEARCH

THIS IS A REPOST OF A PREVIOUS JOB: If you bid on this job last time please feel free to bid again. I need someone to research the current options on HTML Editors with WYSIWYG mode. I know there are dozens out there, I want a review on each one. The benefits, pro's cons etc. This must be laid out in an easy to read form. You must come up with a Comparison Table so the reader can see what each offers etc. All free and paid WYSIWYG editors to be evaluated that you can find. Windows XP and Mac OSX and above only. Forget the older Operating Systems. At this point I want OFFLINE editors (Desktop Editors) ONLY! NO ONLINE WYSIWYG at this point, I only want software that the reader can access and download and use on their computer. Each piece of software must have full details including: Publishing Company: Web Address: Software Requirements: Price: Pro's: Con's: And anything else I need to know for each one. Please use your skills to provide me with the information I NEED to have but may not have asked for here. ALSO I need a brief review of each the softwares. This can be a short paragraph or two from the manufacturer at this point. At some point I will want the top 10 options to be reviewed in great detail, so please keep this in mind. I need enough to evaluate at this point to determine what would be the top 10, and later I wll get them reviewed in detail. Please quote an hourly rate, and total hours you expect this to take.
