ASP.NET DEVELOPER

§ Analyze, design, write, code, test, maintain, troubleshoot and document software programs and applications. § Responsible for all phases of projects from project planning level to project delivery and support. § Work closely with Business Analysts and client representative (s) to understand customer requirements. § Design information systems and software architecture as per customer requirements and Musky/iQuasar standards. § Install, configure, and troubleshoot software/hardware and development environment. § Analyze and amend software errors in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide status reports where required. § Coordinate and liaise with Client and developers (Musky/iQuasar Team) for issue resolution. § Liaise with users and/or vendor support engineers for successful development and implementation. § Ensure adherence to quality. Follow industry best practices and standards in software development, , testing, maintenance and support § Responsible for timely project delivery. § Document software specifications throughout the project life cycle and create technical documentation for all software and applications developed. § Document all system changes/errors as per standards. § Provide class room as well as on the job training to customer/end-users and iQuasar staff in using, maintaining and troubleshooting software systems § Assign projects to direct reports and endure timely delivery § Maintain and monitor performance of all direct reports , as applicable § Provide reports and feedback to your manager on regular basis § Responsible for all direct reports as applicable § Any other related duties as assigned by Manager/Technical Lead Technical Skills § Strong technical skills in ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server 2005/2008, XML, AJAX, Web Services § Design and Develop Web applications using ASP.NET, C# and Visual Studio 2005/2008/2010. § Experience in integrating 3rd party APIs and Web services. § Formal computing qualifications or equivalent work experience Non-Technical Skills § Have strong oral, written communication, analytical, interpersonal, and client facing skills. § Excellent Problem Solving & Self Motivation. § Ability to advise people at various levels on Information Technology issues. § Motivated individual who works well alone or in collaboration with a team. § Quick Learner, Quick Thinker and Troubleshooter.
