Build a API/Web SMS to automate alert notification

We are trying to develop an in-house SMS Messaging solution that will be hosted either on local server or virtual server to send, schedule SMS, Emails and can also integrate WhatsApp API and some other features. A redundant and scalable system that can answer today's most demanding messaging requirements. The application will have 2 communication modes: -back-end (automatically triggered, based on defined business logic) -front-end (managed from web based module) Application can work over VPN/Proxy and be able to establish connection via SMPP/HTTP with administrator panel to configure input and output endpoints, setup routing and to monitor the status of the entire system, with an alert system to notify admin and users based on error or some critical notifications. The integration will help achieve this goal File Polling –polling data from file via local or remote directory (typically CSV, TXT or XLS) or from a database with a predefined file type and data structure.
