Eagle Layout / Slight Design work

I need the attached schematic laid out in eagle. Requirements ------------ Eagle file attached with required board size and shape and 6 pin header location 4 Layer PCB 6 Pin header Pin 1 - 12VDC input power Pin 2 - 5VDC input power 0ohm resistor jumper to use external 5v source Pin 3 - GND Pin 4 - Output (from U113 AINA) Pin 5 - Output (from U113 AINB) Pin 6 - reserved Use surface mount 1206 parts when possible. (See BOM attached) Replace through hole components with suitable SMD equivalants Replace on board ----------------- P101 replace with 2 holes for soldering (pins must be close to U101) replace U105-U108 with 1P1G3157QDCKRQ1 (important: this has different pin out) replace U104 with LM385BD-2.5R2G (important : not pin compatible may need slight design changes) replace U114 with L78M05CDT-TR (dpak) Remove from design ------------------- Remove P103 Remove U113 ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
