Engineering Drawings for a 5000' SF partial renovation

Hi- I'm a small businessman searching for a civil engineer to create drawings for the reonvation of a 5000' sf commercial building in the mountains of North Carolina. We will be pulling a renovation permit for the building as it will be a 'change of use'. We will be turning a former 5000 sf classroom building into a hostel - basically a series of large bedrooms, with two common bathrooms; additionally we will be upfitting three apartments- as we discussed these apartments were built by the previous owner and will need to be brought up to code. In addition, we will be: (1) adding a new, sloped, metal roof; (2) adding insulation -- the minimum amount required as the building will only be used in the warmer months; we hope to minimize the intrusion of adding insulation the walls of the building as it will disturb artwork; we hope to make up the R value by adding insulation to the roof -- we will need your advice and counsel on this. (3) upgrading the electrical system (4) venting pipes for proper plumbing I am searching for an engineer to complete these drawings.
