Slender Timber and steel Structure

A schematic design for a middle school need to have a very sophisticated timber and steel structure. I do not want heavy frames and bracing at all but rather something more defined. The structure needs to be exposed to for aesthetic [login to view URL] will need to calculate all the loads as well as keep in mind that the structure should not be heavy and [login to view URL] is a 3 story building with rather an interesting partie and there is a half level under ground. The placement of Mechanical system also needs to be considered. DELIVERABLES: All the plans/sections/elevations PLUS the detail drawings of important connections. The work HAS to be done in REVIT 2015 version. The proposal is due MONDAY September 28 by 9 am U.S. Eastern time so please plan accordingly. The budget is $ 300 You will need to be flexible and open to adjusting what's necessary within a reason, of course. I will provide the revit file so you can have the parti and such to go from. Payments will be in 3 parts.
