Hello Tell me, pls, more about your issue. Recently I was developing the similar task. I have good experience with APIs. If I right understand, you want to write some text in front of phone numbers in the some list of your customers and then push the button "send" and all SMS will sended to them. Best regards, Dmitry

From what I gather, you will have an excel spreadsheet with a column of phone numbers and a column of messages. Alternatively, you could have another list of messages, and some rule to assign messages to phone numbers - this bid should cover most possibilities. The output will turn those lists into XML and send it to the bulk SMS web service. I have previously sent bulk SMS messages based on data in excel, csv, and xml files for insurance companies in Australia. I am experienced in C# and F#, and will be able to use these to build a plugin for Excel that will create the XML file and upload it to the SMS web service.
