Hi, I am looking for someone who is capable of running and building the longest range LTE IMSI catcher - meanning, once the application is activated, it will recieve all IMSI data of neighburing Phones and have the ability to reject all other data except for the targeted number information. In order to complete such a task, the bidder should have strong knowledge of how LTE networks and signalling works as well as programing skills to complete the task the software must user friendly.
