Convert C# to Azure function to write and read Blob

Pizza Hi there I am an expert in .NET Programming, and have deep experience of Azure, including functions. I can put this together for you in a few days. In your c# file you have hardcoded the filename, I can create a function for you where you specify the name of the blob container and the file name to write in the web hook that triggers the job, or you can configure the app settings of the functions host to supply those two data points.
