C# instagram httpclient/webclient auto mass account creator

I am looking for a skilled c# coder who can keep the code clean and sorted and use either httpclient or a webclient to get and post data into instagrams create an account link ([login to view URL] there is very specific requirements and are as follow. Email must be randomly generated of a 6 random character string + @[login to view URL] extension. the "Full name" must be custom to set, the username prefix should be custom then add _ and the same previous 6 random character string. (EX: customusernamebegginning_(prev. 6 random characters) the program must be proxy supported with each account equipting a different proxy from a txt file. for example, the first account to use the 1st proxy in a text file then the second account to use the second line proxy in the txt file. the password can be self generated the program should make as many accounts as the user desires at a custom amount and once that amount is reached be able to be saved to a text file in the following string algorithm. (username)|(password)+(proxy that was used) if there is any confusion with this I will be more than happy to pitch in and ellaborate on what I am wanting more! The program Must be in c# Windows form application and I would like the projects files and sln for reconstructure in the near future.
