I have already created and using a License management program successfully at 7-8 of my projects. It works with RSA & DES keys, similar to SSL communication and uses MS SQL Server to persist data and encrypted license keys. The main functionality are: 01) Create registration for your 'Application' with details like 'app name' & 'version' 02) Create registrations for your 'Clients' with details like 'name', 'email', 'mobile' etc. 03) Generate and assign a license key to a 'Application' and 'Client' combination. 04) Search and view the licenses. 04) Client uses your 'Application' with the license key to register itself with the 'License Server' ONLY ONCE! 05) The 'Application' creates and saves a encrypted 'Regenerated key' with itself containing all relevant data for registration and Client machine information. 06) On running the 'Application' henceforth the 'Regenerated key' is used to verify registration details without the need for visiting the 'License Server'

Hi methods 1 - Online registration control The user enters the key and this key is checked online by you. 2 - Control by application The user enters the key and makes the program key control. Key is produced the way you want. It can be a structure that you specify, such as CPU, Disk, MAC address. I can do whatever you choose. Best regards.

I think i have an idea but i don’t have a relevant project with this system. When a person create an account a serial key will be generate for him with a random system, and when he will pay to activate account send email with serial key to user. When the user use his serial key, serial key will be setted to 0 and this mean the account has been activated. (The serial key is on table with users)

I've worked with obfuscators and licensing systems in the past, all of them done in C# or C++. In order to give a final price, I'll need to know some features that you might want to add. for example: Do we want to server side variables or sensistive information? Can we rely on internet connection? Are the licenses lifetime? Details like that would be perfect in order to determine a final price.. hope you understand. There are no values of license key system if your anti decompiling protection is not good. But i have not only serial but unbreakable anti decompiling protection. You can check my portfolio.
