Linux Expert Needed to configure dnsmasq for LTSP PXE Boot

This should be an easy job for a linux expert. I'm testing / trying to setup a Linux Terminal Server Project. LTSP. Seems to be working in a vmware but only because i used the same server for dhcp so it could allow PXE boot of the test client. I've now put it on a mini server - but my router does not allow me to change the DHCP Options 67. So my clients won't PXE boot. The solution to this is by using dnsmasq for ProxyDHCP, so i can still use my current dhcp server. i already have some normal dhcp service installed on the server but it's not running (came with standalone ltsp install?), i'm not sure if this needs removing first then dnsmasq installing. I'm using ubuntu server 14.04.2 this was the Guide i used - [login to view URL] this is probably what i need to do but it's for 12.04 [login to view URL] Probably take someone who is good with linux 5 or 10 minutes. I can allow ssh access as this is only a fun project at the moment. I will need step by step commands on how you fixed the issue. Once i get past this stage, and you fix the issue, i will have more small issues to fix which i encountered in my Vmware (they will be a separate project).
