Article/Content Writer Neede (Long term basis)

I am looking for article/content writers (up to 3 people) who are serious and hardworking. Obviously, good command of English is a must. This is a long-term project BUT STRICTLY ON A FREELANCE BASIS. Amount of work will vary month to month but will be enough to keep you busy every month. I would prefer people from Kolkata so that I can meet them in person. However, others (especially from Eastern Europe or other parts of Asia and India) are welcome to bid. Native speakers of English you can bid too in this project if you feel you can give me a competitive quote. How good are you in meeting deadlines? For example, can you finish a research article of say 1200 words in 24 hours? 5.) And a very short note telling me why you are interested in this project especially when there are so many lucrative projects out there? Their sincerity and willingness to work hard. 5.) Their professionalism and of course, their rate. Payment terms: 1.) IF PayPal: 100% within 24-48 hours after proper completion of the project. Freelancers located outside of India, I will pay you only by PayPal. No wiring or no checks or any other mode of payment. 2.) For freelancers who are located in India, you may go for PayPal payment. PayPal will be made within 24-48 hours after proper completion of the project. Otherwise, you may go for bank checks. But they would take between 10-25 days to process.
