Duties Include: • Product research • Product sourcing from manufacturers abroad • Calculate product sourcing and shipping costs • Customer service • Keyword research • Maintain social media accounts • Manage freelance writers and designers • Marketing outreach to increase brand exposure • Tracking product inventory and keyword rankings • Update product listing copy • Work with shipping manager • Coordinate &reconcile shipping with Amazon • Maintain appointment schedules • Product review outreach • Monitor and respond to negative reviews • Problem-solve issues that arise with Amazon • Create product listings Qualifications & Skills: • Experience in communications field preferred (PR, marketing, journalism, advertising) • Experience in and knowledge of marketing and social media • Strong mathematical or accounting skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Excellent interpersonal skills (written and speaking) • Strong writing skills • Ability to multi-task • Highly organized and able to manage communication across many platforms with deadlines • Extensive experience with internet research • Highly experienced with technology and skilled at learning and mastering new soft ware • Self-starter who takes initiative on new tasks with a desire to learn • Positive attitude and friendly personality • Ability to start immediately • Available to work remotely during United States CST business hours.
