If the project is really so big, please consider this bid as for an initial phase of the project. There are many details I would like to better discuss ( the kind of electric motor, the availability of sample devices for testing ... ). What I could say for now is that, although I do not have specific experience on electric motor control, and the specified processor ( TI DSP28335 ), I have a lot of experience on micro controllers development (mainly Microchip 8 and 32 bits families using Harmony and NXP 32 bit controllers using MCUXPRESSO), and of course, with C/C++. However, if you contact me, I could start doing some work even before you award the project to me, so you would see if I may help and then decide.
