Dynamic Mapping for MS SQL Database - Repost 3

Greetings, I have a dynamic mapping script (which I will supply to the winner bidder) that imports data based dynamic tables and dynamic columns. The problem with the script is it does not work when there are too many, too few, or irrelevant column names in the CSV file that is imported. The other problem with the script is that there are NULL rows inserted sometimes. Your job is to take care of the NULL valued rows and make the CSV file import work better. The script is almost completed so please estimate at most 2 hours of work in your bid. Lastly, you MUST have SKYPE for this project. I will give you my handle upon bid acceptance.
