Research and write content relating to Enterprise Wireless Experience based on Aruba network and collaboration tools

This opportunity requires you to research, technical writing and graphics (concept/illustrations which can be refined by our graphics artist on completion) Applicants in responding/bidding to this opportunity must demonstrate existing experience in writing brochure for technology for both executive readers & technical readers. Successfully candidates will be invited to write other projects like this one, this is the largest of the projects other projects would be priced on average AUD$400, with approx. 12 projects to complete. All content must stand up to a copyscape test Project Brief Please see attachment for detailed brief This project is to write content relating to an enterprise wireless solution and end user/client experience, experience is defined by what the end users/clients who have deployed this solution work experience will be like, the advantages, collaboration ect The project requires researching the technologies listed below, and writing to them based on top of an Aruba wireless network to build and enterprise solution. Other than Aruba solutions, other vendor should not be named in any of the documents but the concepts. To include • Aruba Wireless Networks Controller and Wireless Access Points based on 802.11ac with Client Match • Aruba Clearpass o Authentication/Access Management o Onboard for BYOD devices o Captive Portal, Guest Wireless • Crestron airmedia for wireless presentations/collaboration o For Internal Employees and Guests to share content in meeting rooms via LED screens wirelessly, easily • Mobility – Mobile Device Management based on Airwatch o Bring Your Own Device o Consumerization of the Workplace (the concept of using consumer tools for your job, for example iPad for Guest Relations, and Events planners) • Shoretel mobility router o The use of mobile devices like iPhones, iPOD touches as a enterprise corporate phone/desk extension • RF ID asset tracking Content to include the following concepts • High Density Wireless Network for the Enterprise to ensure • High Speed networks with 802.11n and 802.11ac offering faster than wired like access • Encouraging collaboration through activity based working Deliverables See formatting section in attached All content to be delivered in Microsoft Word .Docx format 2 x paragraphs ‘kicker style’ marketing material to attract reader’s attention 1 x executive summary • ½ page executive summary • Illustrations (drawn/drafts/concepts) 1x Web page content • To entice readers to learn more about the solution or components of the solution • Illustrations (drawn/drafts/concepts) 2 page brochure on the solution in column format + illustrations Brochure Should not duplicate the executive summary, should include several kicker text (refer below what a Kicker is) throughout the document Document should from an introduction to the solution, to component/concepts that can build on top of the enterprise wireless network, to make a valuable enterprise wireless experience. It should flow between concepts easily to the reader as if its talking to the whole solution Web Page Content Should introduce the concept/solution for the reader to read more via the Brochure or a case study (case study is not a deliverable) Should then break into sections talking to each of the concepts/components as a brief for the read to click on a link to read more (the read more/links are not deliverables, they are future projects that might be awarded) example in attachment Milestones • 33% released on webex review of the rough draft documents , to include paragraphs, executive summary, and web page content. • 33% on second review via webex to include 2 page brochure + any revisions identified in the first review. • 33% released on the delivery of the document sets including all rights and ip assignment.
