I need to be able to import excel cells of syllabus “events” and “pqs” completion for students. With these cells I need to be able to update months in syllabus (everyone having separate start dates). It would then need to produce products that will show completion of events/pqs in relation to the allotted syllabus timeline in a graph format (11/18 months for the 2 syllabi). I’ve attached the imported cells as they stand currently with some small explanations of what I’m looking for. Thank you Note, file currently does not contain syllabus start date for students.

I have done various projects similar to this one and I believe I can create the Excel sheet you desire that automatically creates the graphs, but we would have to discuss it a bit further just to make sure I understand your desired Excel spreadsheet. With 25 years of experience in the teaching profession, a job that deals with data entry on daily basis, I believe I’m more than qualified to do your work to your satisfaction. I am very accurate, efficient and fast in data entry. I hold a diploma in Information Communication Technology with a distinction in hands-on skills. I graduated from the University of Nairobi in 2003 with a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry. My original ambition was to become a librarian, but then I was offered a teaching job immediately post-graduation, and I haven’t looked back since. I started my data entry job on an “as-needed” basis at my first school, with my primary duties being filing, faxing, sending emails and tending to their documents and spreadsheets. When I proved the most adept at data entry, however, I later moved to the examination department as an examination officer-in-charge of exams data. It was there I learned how to manage files, check security protocols and back up my work to both internal and external databases. As for my other skills, I can type 70 wpm and use a variety of computer software, including CRM and ERP. I’m extremely detail-orientated and can spot documentation errors from a mile away.
