For this position we need someone who is extremely reliable and has good problem solving skills. Being able to “turn on” the helpful, patient and upbeat part of your personality for all customer Service About the job: This is a long-term project opportunity. We have done a great job of creating a fun and supportive team environment, even though we all work in different places around the world. Once hired, you will participate in a 2-week paid training program with your managers to familiarize you with our website, customer issues, and proper procedures. Even though you will be working remotely, you will never be alone. After training you will still be in constant contact with other representatives and your manager through instant messenger, or Phone during the regular work day.
