Data Records Specialist/Pittsburgh/MK

Tetra Tech currently has an opportunity for a Data Records Specialist to join our Pittsburgh, PA office to support a special project. If you have an eye for detail and a gift for organization, this is a job for you! The Data Records Specialist will perform the capture of key information in accordance with established procedures and be responsible for ensuring defined standards and workflows for records data management are followed. The capture of information may include cataloging, data entry, and file conversion. You will: Review technical documents to capture key data Perform complete and accurate data entry of key information into records management system Maintain established productivity standards Conduct electronic file conversions Locate/retrieve files or key information upon request Apply skills and concepts to ensure data integrity, data reliability and data accessibility. Qualifications Qualifications: Must have a strong attention to detail, be organized, self-motivated and ability to multi-task. Must be comfortable with repetitive tasks and maintaining consistent focus Capable to solve problems and make decisions quickly and efficiently Positive attitude and openness to being coached/trained Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills Work well independently or as part of a team Proficiency in MS Office software programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Proficiency with creation and manipulation of portable document format (PDF) electronic files using Adobe Acrobat and Nuance Solid understanding of data entry – Must be able to type accurately and spell correctly Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Education and Experience: High School Diploma required.
