Information Scrape - Australian Schools Websites

Visit various Australian School listing sites and extract select information about Australian schools. You will then need to visit the school website and/or other websites to gather further information. The first part of the project is to focus on Victoria. After Victoria we will be able to focus on all other states. The main listing site is [login to view URL] We will start by getting all info on the Victorian schools on this website [login to view URL] Postcode Range for stage one (Victoria) is here [login to view URL] At this stage we are only interested in Primary Schools not VET, Secondary etc. Initial Fields: -> School Name -> School Sector -> School Type -> Year Range -> Location (as listed e.g. Metropolitan) -> Total Staff (Full Time Teaching + Full Time Non-Teaching) -> Total Enrolments -> Girl Enrolments -> Boy Enrolments -> School Website -> My School Link (e.g. [login to view URL] ....) Then from the school website or other searches the following fields as part of the same record (if listed): -> Phone -> Fax -> Email -> Address -> Suburb -> PostCode -> ABN -> Facebook Link -> Twitter Link -> Other Social -> Principal Name The following fields are really important but will require searching of the school website. We are looking for Before School Care, After School Care, Outside School Hours Care etc. (OSHC - Outside School Hours Care) -> OSHC (Yes/No if listed on the school website) -> OSHC Company (If yes, any company listed e.g. Camp Australia) -> OSHC Page (If yes, a link to the page listed) -> OSHC Notes (any info that doesn't fit above)
