As part of the development of control activity in the building, we want to create a web platform for connecting controllers and customers. Kind of like Uber.
However, the peculiarity is that the customers are companies that will have several sites to control. In the case of UBER, it is an end customer who needs to make a run. In our case, companies may have 10 checks to do every day. It is therefore possible to be able to select several controllers at the same time. But, it is imperative 1 controller for 1 site to control.
In order to carry out these checks, procedures must be followed.
The details of the project are: Administrator account: creation of company account Business counter: account creation for its sales representatives Once the salespeople are connected they should be able to complete a report. There are 4 types of reports to fill out depending on the type of client encountered. When a salesperson completes the report, it must be able to be geolocated. On each report, when the salesperson completes it, steps must be followed (fields to be filled in) and in certain steps the salesperson must take photos and / or videos.
Step 0: request for inspection by a company by registration (filling out a form, creating an account)
Step 1: writing an online quote to be validated by the company (1 or more quotes, because 1 or more sites to control). There are 4 different controls, with 4 tariffs, 1 tariff per type of control.
Step 2: validation of the online quote by electronic signature - signature with the finger or the mouse
Step 3: online payment by credit card
Step 4: validation of the order and sending of the invoice after receipt of payment.
Step 5: putting the inspection offer online - with pushing to all inspectors ... until an inspector accepts the inspection
Step 6: Upon acceptance of the inspector, sending the mission order to the inspector
Step 7: Acceptance of the assignment by the inspector, validation of the date and time with the applicant (the person who posted the assignment).
Step 8: When the inspector will carry out the mission, he will have to complete 1 of the 4 control reports. On site, he must select one of the 4 types of report. He will have to follow the steps of the report .... take photos, check crosses, and take videos. All of these will be stored on a server. These reports must be signed with the finger by the controller. Once the report has been validated by the controller, the mission is closed. The client should receive an email alert to say that the assignment has been completed. ATTENTION the client does not yet receive the report. When writing the report, we must have a solution in order to geolocate the controller when he made the check. Step 9: when the mission is finished, the supervisor of the control office receives an alert email with a link to access the report. After reviewing it, the supervisor can validate or modify the report. Once the report has been validated, the report by directly to the customer by email.
For companies : • They must have an account with • the history of the works carried out • To be able to make a statement of financial account with selection of the periods • History of invoices • History of a 12-month planning • .etc… .propose additional options
For inspectors: • They must have an account with: • mission history (planning), • history of all sites, • History of payments over 12 months (maximum) with curves on their turnover. • Ability to make a financial account statement • .etc… .propose additional options
