The job scope is to create a database from Microsoft Access. This database must allow me to input my data (information on Metal alloys) into it. It must be easily accessible and easily editable as information keeps changing as time passes. This software will be located in a standalone computer with users accessing the information from this standalone.
The database must have a search function to allow users to search for information using key words. After searching for it, then the user will be allow to view the information and then choose whether to extract the information or not. Extraction of information into Microsoft Word format for them to save as a soft copy information or allows them to print from Ms Word.
