We need a Sphinx expert to: * Move Sphinx off our app servers to stand alone multi server standalone environment on Amazon * Properly index the database with both sphinx and mysql to create a separate light index + logic to show suggest and thumbnails based on content title i.e. auto complete, predictive results. Example, you type in Arno.. the search returns matches that start with "Arno" i.e. Arnold Schwarzenegger, Arnold Palmer, etc Our site is built on mysql and django framework. We use Github.
