Web design should be aesthetically impressive and should load fast and should have all standard features, including RSS, with audio and video introductions. The project shall be delivered including with source codes, help files, software fully tested, support for 12 months from date of delivery, training files using camtasia or similar suitable software. I am expecting a budget offer around $300. However you can discuss this aspect.
