Hello, I need someone who can help me built a clientmanager. The clientmanager will take some person information from the implementor/caller, stores it in a COSMOSDB NoSQL database in Azure and then makes it available to multiple clients. The clientmanger can manage different clients that will do call’s to external resources like REST api’s, databases, SOAP api’s, etc. These clients will be added dynamically during runtime and are very similar to how plugin’s work. The manager will take the outcome from the clients to determine if the person was found in any external resource and return this to the implementor/caller. Important characteristic of the system is: • Interoperability • Availability • Performance I added a document ([login to view URL]) that will explain the project in more detail.
