Bids should include the method(s) used for promotion (twitter, facebook, linkedin, craigslist, blog, article, SEO, paid search, content, telemarketing, cold call) method of tracking and/or verification, and method of billing and payment. PM details of your proposed plan, previous experience, number of friends/followers/connections/readers, frequency (per day or per week) of promotion, and geographic area covered.
