My name is Eric Balough, and I would like to help you complete your training manual. I have 15+ years of professional experience in both in training people to complete technical skills, and writing and editing technical publications. As an Army infantry officer, I spent the first 9 years of my career developing and implementing training programs. In my last 6+ years as an analyst, I have researched, written and edited numerous technical publications for the US Army, the Department of Defense and for NATO. Since this is a training manual, it should be readable by people who are learning HVAC systems while still providing value to seasoned technicians. If my bid is accepted, I will review the training manual in its current form and ask the customer for clarification of terminology and concepts, as required.
