Hello! I'd love to talk with you a bit more about your project. Maybe you could describe a bit more about what microcontroller you're going to use, what power source you want to use, what LEDs (addressable RGB or discrete LEDs), and so on. I can certainly design and produce circuit boards that use LEDs and required drivers, and signals to actuate the LEDs. I also am an expert in designing PCBs to fit in a specific CAD design, such as inside a specific enclosure. I've been using Fusion 360 since before it came out, and I use it and Eagle PCB CAD to create projects nearly on a daily basis. I also have commercial PCBs made usually once a week for client projects, so I can provide excellent and professional PCBs for your project very inexpensively. I can also assemble (stuff) the boards with the components required, and test them. You will notice that I'm located in the US (actually in Silicon Valley), so my prices are going to be higher than the bids from folks that live in other parts of the world.
