Hello, I have experience with Neoway M590E modules. In fact I've bought couple of dozen in recent projects and yes, some of them may be faulty due to hot air desoldering proces, some of them can have pads ripped off or coroded. I have build myself a test rig that can test communication with the module and if module can detect networks in range and/or connect to the network. With corresponding 3 led indicators. Process can take from 5seconds up to 30-40 seconnds, depending on network carrier and similar. I can create schematic and Altium files with your specificaiton, and also firmware for small microprocessor that I've used for testing. Best regards, Radojica Berak

I have previously worked with Neoway GSM modules and understand your concern with refurbished modules. I have appropriate experience for this project. I have done production testing setups in my company. So this is a similar one. To start off, we need a mechanical fixture where we can place GSM modules. It is called as nail beds tester. Hardware development and programming will be taken care by me.
