Raspberry CANBUS dual port ISO 15765 simulator port 1 & CAN Communicator Engine ECU port 2

Need code for raspberry with dual CANBUS board to do the following bridge standard pids & customs pids: CAN PORT 1 > Receives queries Service 1 Standard PIDS from a elm327 based interface CAN PORT 2 > Queries OBD car port equivalent custom pid (CAN 11 format 7E8n) and replys to CAN PORT1 (standard PID) EXAMPLE: " audi 2.0tdi have Exhaust temperature sensors BUT ecu dont reply to PID 78 or 79" Raspberry wil: 1) Establish a simulated connection with my elm327 based interface on CAN PORT 1 2) Receive the STANDARD PID 78 query from my Elm327 based interface. 3) Connect to engine ecu on CAN PORT 2 (CANBUS ONLY) and request custom exhaust PID (I have the PID's ) 4) Reply to CAN PORT1 as STANDARD PID 78
