Need you to create a custom MS Windows XP SP3 embedded image created for an old embedded PC. The model in use is obsolete, however, the OEM vendor we believe, is in business. If possible, please include the cost of procuring the WinXPe license for us also. This will run a MS VB.NET 2012 executable that is built with .NET 4 framework. The target hardware will be made available remotely to you for testing. The cost of license is around $80 per OS image(based on the number of units you want to sell). You can get the license key from MS approved vendors like Bsquare, Arrow Electronics, Acrosser as long as your company has a CLA(Customer License Agreement) in place. As far as the requirements of OS, if the prime factor is the VB.NET application with .NET 4, you might want to look into WES 2009/WES 7 since MS is shutting down the support to windows xp embedded by 2016.
