Our design project for this semester will investigate the azimuth control system for a 10-meter satellite ground station dish Our reference input for the control system will define a desired azimuth pointing angle for the dish. Assume that the current pointing angle is provided by a positional encoder attached to the rotating structure of the antenna that provides a voltage proportional to the current pointing angle.
