Developing and creating of an electro magnetic solenoid for locking application

I can design a circuit and a 3D printed mechanism to wind the coil for solenoid. I can calculate and make a simulation on Matlab to tune for the best parameters related with the solenoid. I can draw any solenoid mechanism on Solidworks. I think It will take some time of brain storming and CAD design for new ideas dealing with locking mechanism

For my part I am an Electronics Engineer with a Master in Digital Telecommunications, with 28 years of experience, I have worked in IP Networks, Telephony, Fiber Optic Systems, Mobile Radiocommunications and Grounding Systems, simultaneously I have dedicated myself to University Teaching , I currently dictate the subjects of Computer Networks, Logic and Electricity in the Computer and Industrial Engineering Schools. In this University we have the support of Mr. Antonio Annia, specialist in Industrial Electricity and Automation, Mr. Jesús Benitez, IP Telephony and Cisco CCNA, Mr. Juan Araujo, Arduino and Raspberry, Mr. Jesús Larez, Artificial Intelligence , among other professionals.

For designing and prototyping it will take atleast 15days, as per my experience. Matel Laser Cutting and VMC / CNC job work also require as per design.

I have already worked on solenoid locking system. Currently their is no details given by you but if you share the size and force required with other details like current and energy aspects of it with expected cost.
