Hi, I am a Mechanical Engineer with expertise in Mechanical Design and Manufacturing. I am proficient with CAD/CAM tools for designing and analysis of engineering products. Recently, I delivered two projects related to designing of mould and gating system for injection molding process. For this project, I will use SolidWorks/PTC Creo for 3D design and mold analysis. Moreover, I can produce CAM code for manufacturing of the mold parts, if it is the part of your project. Besides the project file, I can also provide you engineering drawings and technical report. Hi there! I am gone through your requirements. I am ready to do this job. I am working as a professional Mechanical Design Engineer. I worked on designing different machines like Mini lathe that has a spindle runout of 0.0002 inches (it's in production right now) and also did some fully automated machines like Mail tray transfer unit (the client is USPS) and Dock To Ledge Transfer Cell (the client is also USPS), and I've just added a 7 months project in the portfolio.
