Long term Hindi Transcription Project

Hi, Greetings! We are reaching out to you to check your interest and availability for a new audio transcription project starting immediately in Hindi. Start date: Immediately. Duration: Until approximately end of September, but might get extended. Expected availability needed: Minimum 10h/week, preferably between 15-25 hours/week, but can be even more. Payment conditions: $3 USD/hour. ( 6 Mins. of Audio is equivalent to 1 hour task ) Training and test: If you are interested in working on the project, you will be asked to take transcription training and test. You will need to reach 90% accuracy in the test. This is the test which we have assign to you, if you pass this test then only we can assign the actual project. please note that as this is test task for we are not supposed to pay. Payment schedule: You will be paid on monthly basis for work completed by 24th day of the month. The payment will be then made between 24th and last day of the month. Our regular payment conditions are 30 days after completion of each milestone. Quality: Quality is critical to this project and will be monitored at all times. Because transcriptions cannot be accessed or revised after submission, Transcribers are responsible for providing high quality transcriptions with a minimum quality rate of 90%. Transcribers with lower than expected quality will be notified and might be asked to take actions to improve their quality, such as successfully completing additional testing. We may terminate our relationship with any Transcriber who has frequent or excessive poor-quality submissions. In extreme cases, when Transcribers submit a very high number of items within a very short time, with very low quality (and where, for example, transcription submission time is shorter than actual audio length of relevant utterances, which indicates that audios are actually not properly listened to), we will remove such Transcribers immediately. We will also consider such conduct as a material breach of the Transcriber’s obligations to provide services that are error-free and that comply with our specifications, and we will accordingly seek all available remedies against the Transcriber. Those remedies may include relying on the Transcriber’s breach to relieve us from its obligations to that Transcriber, including an obligation to provide payment for such services. Thanks
