Excel Commission Calculator and Reporting

Every week we generate a report that lists all of our orders for the week, each employee, and the role that each employee performed in the order. The are only 5 roles. But there could be 1000+ orders and 100+ (<200) employees. We would like a customer Excel workbook that will import our csv report, and allow inputs for the commission percentage for each employee, then create a seperate sheet within the workbook for each employee. Each sheet (for each employee) would list the orders and how much the employee is getting paid for each order (based on the inputs the user provides). Then a final sheet would contain all the totals. Its basically a giant pivot table, but we want it to be locked down and programmed in such a way that a user can't break it. They just import the CSV, enter the commission percentage inputs, and then view the totals. I've attached 3 files to futher explain. One is the commission report. The other is the Output I would like this program to generate. The third is the output with notes on each sheet to further explain. Please take time to view the files and answer these questions: 1) is this possible? 2) Can the program gather a list of unique employees and put them in Sheet 2? 3) Can the program generate a unique sheet for each employee?
