Hire an Excel Expert

Looking for someone to complete an Excel based business system package having 3 separate modules with various documents linked together that will be used to oversee many projects ranging from construction to the service industry. The overseer is the financer of the projects and the projects will input their data to this package. The data will include filling out standardized templates, excel spreadsheet financial expenses, and tools such as GANT charts to manage the project and report out to the overseer. The multiple projects data will need to roll up into a summary reporting format... the 3 modules include Project Planning (Business Plan, Strategic Plan and relative project information such as projected costs), Project Financials for each project that includes projected vs actual costs in a Performa accounting format - Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Balance Sheet) and Project Management including GANT charts, progress reports, planning, scope of work for various quotes, check list of activities that need to be satisfied etc. Need to store external documents associated with some of the standardized templates such as proof of work completed for invoicing (i.e. Invoice, Release of Liens, pictures of progress etc.)... I have a "Story Board" mock system that can be used as the reference for what is required to be automated - the key is that there will be up to 50 projects, all using this package to input the data that is then rolled up to summary reports of all the projects together albeit financial, timing, or status reports. Because the concept in the mock system is about 90 % formatted - it just needs to be excel based automated maybe using Word Editor for viewing outputs (i.e. Invoices), with fill in the blank capabilities for the standardized templates, and some formula generation for financials between spreadsheets - along with XML type programming (Smart)....
