We are to use a small budget at the outset, gradually SCALING as net profits are realised and ROI is stable. *It is essential you know how to apply SCALING to a campaign. c. Some of the expensive and ineffective keywords will need to be removed or replaced with quality keywords relevant to the content they point to. d.
